    - Shipping Information -

    Everything that we sell is FREE shipping.

    Since we are your Local supplier across the entire country, we are able to deliver locally at no cost to you.

    All of our orders are delivered via either our delivery service or by UPS ground, depending on the contents of the order.

    UPS orders placed by 11:00 AM will ship the same day, otherwise they will ship the next day.

    UPS orders take only 1-3 days to get your order anywhere in the country.

    Our Van/Truck orders will be scheduled to be delivered at your convenience within a 3-4 hour window 6am to 7pm Monday - Friday (orders cannot be delivered for the same day).



    - Definitions / Terms -

    There are certain abbreviations and/or technical terms we use that might need a bit of explanation. If the following list of terms and explanations do not answer your questions, please feel free to contact us and ask the experts in our customer service department.

  • How are boxes measured?
    Boxes are always measured Length x Width x Height and always in inches.

  • Are a boxes dimensions inside dimensions or the outside dimensions?
    Boxes are measured according to their inside dimensions. That means that I a box is 16 x 12 x 12", you are able to fit an item that is 16 x 12 x 12" inside that box.

  • What does 200# or 32 ECT mean?
    Both of those are measurements of a boxes strength. 200# means that is takes 200 pounds of pressure applied to a square inch area in order to puncture the carton. 32 ECT means that it would take 32 pound of pressure on an edge of the box to bend it’s side.

  • How is Bubble Wrap and Foam Wrap measured?
    Both wraps are measured by 3 dimensions:
    First, the size or height of the bubble or of the foam (˝”, 5/16", or 3/16")
    Second, the width of the roll
    Third, is the length of the roll
